Turn CAPSLOCK off with shift? - Crimson_Raven - 03-28-2020 Hey, I have a quick question. Over the regrettable years of using Windows, I grew accustomed to turning caps lock off by using shift - that way accidental clicks on it didn't matter, because I began sentences with a capital letter (therefore, using shift), turning caps off. I don't seem to be able to find such a functionality in linux. Is there a way to enable it somehow? I took a look around the keyboard settings, but couldn't find anything, is there a config file or terminal command perhaps for it, or even a third party application that enables this functionality? Re: Turn CAPSLOCK off with shift? - Crimson_Raven - 03-31-2020 I've found my answer here: https://www.linux.com/training-tutorials/hacking-your-linux-keyboard-xkb/ |
