Please retry operation after closing inhibitors and logging out other users.
Alternatively, ignore inhibitors and users with 'systemctl reboot -i'.

I am assuming "Nobody" is a user created by the update proc.
I just did a "shutdown" command and restarted.
Minimum concern, just asking.
