What's the output of
Code:
$ iwconfig
  check network status
Code:
$ sudo systemctl status systemd-networkd
Try restarting network manager
Code:
$ sudo systemctl network-manager restart

Re: unable to enable wifi - TMG1961 - 01-12-2019

I just reinstalled Linux Lite 4.0, updated and then upgraded to 4.2. Now all is working again. Not sure what happened that made the wifi disappear.
I marked the post as solved.
