Live cyber threat maps eye candy - bitsnpcs - 10-06-2018

Hello,

these show some of the supposed cyber threats Live as they are detected on the maps.
Something like these would be interesting as an open source desktop software.

On Norse look at the LIVE attacks listing box, and how many are Microsoft, this is good info to help converting people to a more secure OS of LL, as the visual image may help where words have not.

Easiest way to get people to leave Windows is to use it. You know how Linux likes to give a name to their latest OS? I have one for Windows 10 version 1809 release. We should call it "The Edsel". Microsoft had to pull it from release because an installation was deleting people's files. If I remember right the percentage of computer Linux users is 2%. We're a happy 2%.

And yet they don't stop using that thing call Windows 10; 10 times worst than before lol. I admit I like windows 7. I don't use Windows anymore but if I would I think it'd be Win 7  8)

All my internet life is here on Linux Lite, and it does the job perfectly well, but for cad-work I have to use Windows, and I must agree of all the Windows, 7 is the nicest.

From what I've heard of it, Win 10 seems to be more to do with advertising and related "consumer" surveillance (with of course copies of everything going to the permanent databases of the stasi).

There's a lot to be said for the view that most "progress" is profit-driven and of course needless "growth". And don't get me started on Edward Bernays.....

...end of rant.... must go for out a walk.
