Howdy good folks,
This may come under the heading SEP (Someone Else's Problem) but I thought I would try here first, them move on.
So, I was following these instructions, to install LL 4.0 on to a USB Flash drive: https://www.tecmint.com/install-linux-os-on-usb-drive/
Things went fine, but slow during install, once I booted it up, all looked well, but then I tried to update it and received the following:

I can ping that address just fine, though.
Any Ideas?
