Sorry for my bad English...
If I am not mistaken, during registration on linuxliteos.com blocks spam emails from yahoo.com, but russian portal ya.ru, yandex.ru, yandex.* also blocks? Maybe site mask for block email is ya* ? Whether it is possible to exclude Yandex site from email black list?

We were being inundated with Yandex email bots, dozens per day that's why we banned that email domain, sorry.
