Re: Andriod phone Not Showing - Monkeyman - 01-05-2015 If you have a wireless router, try AirDroid. My Note Edge is running 4.4.4 (Kitkat) and works fine as has all of my previous phones all the way back to 2.2 (Froyo, I think). I'm semi-anxiously awaiting 5.0.1 (or 5.1) Lollipop. We'll see if it's lives up to it's hype. Re: Andriod phone Not Showing - dave r - 01-06-2015 (01-04-2015, 11:22 PM)Jerry link Wrote: First, get rid of PCManFM. File manager is not the issue. Having PCManFM and Thunar on the same machine is a recipe for disaster unless you are an advanced user and know how to get the two to play nice together. That didn't work for me, but what has worked is upgrading to2.2, that why I didn't reply straight away, so whilst we haven't solved it I do have the phone working with the computer now. Re: Andriod phone Not Showing - Valtam - 01-06-2015 Thanks for reporting back. Did you need to install any of those packages I listed on 2.2? Re: [SOLVED] Andriod phone Not Showing - stevedat - 09-26-2015 Not working - Motorola Droid Turbo Re: [SOLVED] Andriod phone Not Showing - stevedat - 09-26-2015 It shows installed, but not recognized my Droid Turbo. Ubuntu-Mate works, though. |
