This was for Forum admin in relation to Linuxlite 4 Re: Google Chrome for LL 4 Series - Artim - 11-05-2017 I second the Seamonkey motion for two reasons: 1. - It's LITE - Much lighter, in fact thousands of lines of code lighter, than the TWO softwares it emulates (Firefox and Thunderbird) which most distros run as defaults. And 2. - It has none of the Google spyware/adware stuff, for those of us who are a little concerned about privacy and security. |
