Title: Canon Pixma MX 310 All in One printer
Post by: Manuk on January 04, 2018, 03:11:10 PM
I am in the process of converting a friend from Windows 10 to Linux Lite.  The one and only question I have is.... will Lite support Canon Pixma MX310 All in One Printer?

Would be nice for me to know this in advance.

Thanks and Happy New Year!

Run LL Live from a USB key, then see if you can work with the printer.

Learned something new - about running Lite from USB.  I will keep that in mind for the next installation.
However, I am building this computer at my place and it will not be possible to do this.  I think I will chance it and once the computer is finished I will take it to their place and give it a whirl with their printer.

Thanks Jerry!

No problem. I'm sure it will all work out in the end. The Canon website has Linux drivers if you need them.
