That is exactly it!

I will just get the binary from now on.

No problem. Looks like you've added the palemoon browser at some point and the key was added incorrectly. If that is the case, get the binary packages instead.

Delete the home:stevenpusser.asc key as Administrator

Try removing the key with:

Weird, its not in tmp but I do see it in synaptic BUT cannot remove it.  No error when I try to remove it from synaptic, it just stays there.
