Having a great number rsynch images in timeshift seems to prevent lite tweaks from locating kernels safely removable. After trimming down the saved snapshot list in timeshift old kernels can removed with no problem.

Not sure what you are wanting here?

Only one snapshot is needed, after all. I always delete the earlier one when I make a new one snapshot.

Just an observation for users confused with timeshift who grow a giant collection of saved snapshots and old kernels and suddenly face a disk space shortage (which we have seen here before) which breaks updates eventually. A full system without timeshift comes in at 6 to 8gig file space. I'm not confused with how the software works.
