like i said I had to sign up as a developer or programmer I could not just report the issue

You don't have to be a developer or programmer to have a github account. I'm neither and have one. https://github.com/join?ref_cta=Sign+up&ref_loc=header+logged+out&ref_page=%2F&source=header-home As far as I know anyone with an email can sign up. Once you do, go here https://github.com/nitroshare/nitroshare-desktop/issues click on new issue and report yours.

Hope this helps! :)
Without each others help there ain't no hope for us :)

You signed up here. You don't have to be a developer there. I'm trying to help you to report the problem to the correct place.

Like I said 'you have to report the incident'.

Check that the settings are identical on each product. Then see if any Security applications, firewall, AV are getting in the way. If still no luck, report the incident here - https://github.com/nitroshare/nitroshare-desktop/issues

Hello I have NitroShare on three units my Linux lite laptop Samsung s9+ and my windows 10 pc

The laptop can receive files but cannot send i get the message "failed connection" also nitroShare only sends files when the Operating system is present so although it sees my android phone it does not know the operating system.

Is there an easy work around for this ?

Thanks in advance
