Hello,
I have a list of time-zones in text format - but there is no information about how those relate to a time zone shift.
For example - I happen to know that America/NewYork = -5 hours UTC
I want to change that to -6 hours UTC
But I have no idea which one of the time zone names is correct for -6 hours UTC

Is there a way I can find this information?
Thanks!

Reading here might help https://linoxide.com/set-time-date-timezone-ubuntu-linux/
Without each others help there ain't no hope for us :)
