Title: Gimp Display Bug on Linux Lite 4.2

Hello, I have problem with Gimp. Gimp Icon is too big (In other app is same for example Inkscape, but in Inkscape not too big and I can maximize and minimize the window), I can't maximize the Gimp app only minimize (Maximize icon not work, right click -> maximize not work too).

Specs:
Display resolution: 1366x768
Graphics: Intel SandyBridge Mobile

Which involves setting the theme to small size instead of default size.

I can't change the size to small because the UI and my Gimp version is different from that link.

But, when I change the theme from "System" to "Dark", I can maximize the window. So.. it works, thank you very much.
