On the menubar, click on View and make sure the box next to Menu Bar is ticked should make it default :)

hello, my first post after a smooth Lite installation from dvd, feeling pleased with myself I started tweaking and deleted the toolbar in my folders and have absolutely no idea how to put it back, i guess it needs a terminal command but??
can anybody please help?
