If the window is still empty may want to try original font or  color...
Maybe swipe in the window or clicking to see if it is unviewable..
Not sure why empty?

Or maybe try a different mirror/source....

@jam_27
You went to Lite Tweaks and chose the Kernel Installer option correct?
Yes
You do need an internet connection, after it updates - you are presented with a Select Kernel to Install screen..
Yes, I have a working internet connection.
if still nothing, have you made any changes to the system i.e. Fonts or themes???
Yes fonts, but not themes.

Thanks, I have tried Lite Tweaks kernel option.
It did not come up with any Kernel option. After the search the generated window was blank. :(
How to fix this?

Choose - Linux Lite Kernel Version 4.19.0 or any that you like from 3.13 to 5.5...

Allow the update to finish -- if still nothing, have you made any changes to the system i.e. Fonts or themes???

@jam_27 Use Lite Tweaks you can install any version of kernel easily..
It will do everything for you ;)
After install you'll be prompted to reboot

4.19 is actually an upgrade 19 vs 4.

To update grub but it will for you
Code: [Select]
sudo update-grubThen reboot

Hello,
Just installed the 32 bit Lite on my vaio UX1 and loving it. It is smooth and fast. However, I cannot install the Ricoh camera driver which worked fine in earlier installation of MX linux.
(linux-headers-4.19.0-6-686-pae/stable,now 4.19.67-2+deb10u2 i386)

Having never downgraded/upgraded a kernel before, I need some help.
Could I please have instructions to upgrade the kernel (currently 4.4 in 32bit) in Lite to 4.19 please?
Also how to update the Grub config correctly, please?
