How can i watch a video on a blu-ray disk?

I don't have a blu-ray drive, so don't know whether this will solve the problem or not.  If you go to Menu -> System -> Install Additional Software, a terminal window pops up with choices listed for installation.  One of the choices is for "Install Restricted Extras".  Install that and one of the codecs that it supplies may be what you're missing to play blu-rays.
