Thanks. I disabled that repo in Synaptic and that fixed it. I think that repo was from when I was having trouble with Firefox and got a different version from Sourceforge.

(downloads.sourceforge) is technically neither a keyed repository, nor a keyed ppa launchpad. You must download updates from source there separately as downloads that you install.
