Webcam HD resolution appears with a lower resolution and with too much "squares"

Hello everybody,

My Webcam HD resolution appears with a lower resolution and with too much "squares". In Windows, the Webcam worked fined because it had the official drivers, but in this OS Linux Lite, when I saw the resolution of the Webcam with a videocall from Facebook to me from my mother, i become scared!

Exist any fix to put the resolution in HD?
