Hi,

If the old keyboard was partially working, you could try to temporarily plug it back in and test.
It could be that it's not the EXACT keyboard model too. Is it an "official" keyboard with the exact Part Number?

as the title suggest, all keys are working excepts those four keys.

my laptop is samsung np370r4e-s05ph. i tried using external keyboard, it works fine.
does this mean my new replaced keyboard is somehow damage/
