Greetings!
I really need to know how to use my Laptop to work with a Projector in my presentation this coming weekend. I think I have two options:
1. Learn how to make 'F10' (Lenovo G405's 2nd screen/projector) work with any projector.
2. Dual boot with windows Os
concerns:
I need to preserve my current LInuxlite setup & files
Questions:
#1. Is there any known way to make linux works with any projector?
#2. How to restore previous Linuxlite system(not from dual boot system) to the new linuxlite installed in a dual boot system with windows?
Whats the difficulty level on this task? Im completely newbie with Linux though I can work with its basic functionality - email, browse, create documents, presentations, etc... except for administration tasks - i,e backup, repair & troubleshooting, etc...
I look forward for any help. My report will be on August 9 and I need to decide while I can't afford to mess with my laptop this time.
Many thanks in advance.

Have you looked through the Dual Monitors section in the Help Manual? Hardware -> Dual Monitors Setup

I tried looking at the online Linuxlite manual but cant find it. I have explored already the OS menu many times over but I cannot find the dual monitor setup / configuration.
can you pls tell me which manual you are referring to?

Thanks Valtam. I think It's solved now, I successfully able to work with 2 monitors. Hopefully I will not have any problem with the projector I'll be using.
Installed the proprietary 3rd party software - ATI/AMD Proprietary software (amdcccle - for my Lenovo G405 E1 Essentials)
Figure out correct setting of dual monitor system by trial & error (using my old CRT monitor)
Now Option #1 (Pressing F10 works)
I realized how noob i am (wasn't able to find the correct information at the Help Manual)
Thanks a lot really for the big help.
