Is there a way to change a particular folders icon on my home folder?

there is a tutorial for changing the icon set in the help manual, click the link and scroll down to the part where it reads - "Applying a new Icon Set" -

Hello people, how can i change my folder icon, like win 7 or something like this? In older LL version, i m see this icon, but i dont know the name, and how can i change. Please help...
