Waiting on Linux Lite to get Xfce 4.16. I hope it happens soon.

That kind of change does not happen within a current series.  The soonest it would take place would be at the start of the 6.x series, which will be in June 2022.  I'd be curious to see if Xfce 4.16 is more lightweight than KDE.
