RC1 is a Release Candidate (test) - it is not the FINAL release version - that will be be released shortly.
Any upgrades from series to series (LL3 to LL4 or LL4 to LL5), would be a full install -- not an upgrade...

what i mean is i am still confused should i have the 4.8  or 5.1 ?
