Thank you! :)
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Would've been more productive to have a section like:

General ---> Feedback  ---> Running Linux Lite experiences.

It is more obvious and cuts down the guesswork like "Where am I supposed to put this?..."

  • System Monitoring Center. Someone asked for an update in a previous post. The version is still the same ans if Jerry will find the time to upgrade, I assume will be available through the Update Manager.

I've answered this in another Thread. We will not be upgrading System Monitor unless we are forced to. The current version best resembles Windows Task Manager, and that is quite deliberate considering our target audience. The new version is too gimmicky and will not be implemented. Cheers.

This doesn't look like a Support request and needs to be in another Section.

Hello! :)

I'm already running the Linux Lite 6.2! :D

I performed the Upgrade, and already have one hour of uptime.
The Upgrade procedure took me 3 minutes flat and went flawlessly.

I checked the following aspects:

  • Lite Software. Apparently, nothing new.
  • Lite Tweaks ---> Kernel Remover. In this version, it was supposed to remove the first kernel, 5.15.0.33.x Unfortunately, the problem is still there. I cycled about 8 times and it loops through the various packages, without really removing any (-generic, -unsigned, etc.).
  • System Monitoring Center. Someone asked for an update in a previous post. The version is still the same ans if Jerry will find the time to upgrade, I assume will be available through the Update Manager.
  • LibreOffice. The Upgrade Module, performed an Installation of two versions: 7.2 and 7.3. I'm a little bit confused... Anyway, if you have an older version running for various reasons (like I do, for one), maybe it is useful to know that it will still run, when double-clicking on an ODF file (.odt, .ods, etc.). That means the file association works based on the binary file name. ;) :D
Here it is:

Upgradeing:

I belive the Upgrade will be available at different hours, due to server time.
In Romania, it is the EEST, Eastern Europe Standard Time and in România, NOW = 16:10, which is UTC (GMT) + 2.

Happy Upgrade! :D
