  • CPU: Server2 - AMD E2KM1I-DELUX ITX, 1.6Ghz dual core

  • MEMORY: 8Gb

  • VIDEO CARD: Integrated HD 6310

  • Kernel: 5.x
 Finally got Linux Lite 4.0 running on one of my Mini ATX home brew system (ASUS E2KM1I Deluxe).
Installed using a 6TB hard drive.

 
The key to the successful install with the drive, is the BIOS settings,
EHCI set to enable, and in Secure Boot set to ‘OS Other’, which disables UEFI. The defaults assume that Windows will be installed.

 
The system runs great, and all devices automatically recognised, with UI refinements that are looking very professional. Very well done to all the implementers and testers.

 
The only minor detail I have is with my radio keyboard/touchpad, which I’ll put in a separate installation subject.

 
I know you believe you understand what you think I said. But I'm not sure you realise that what you heard is not what I meant.
