Is there news from virtualization app when this will be implemented?

Qemu has had passthrough capability for a long time, however hardware configuration has always been hit or miss. (See link below) This is good news from Nvidia for sure. Gnome boxes developers have been working on a simple solution for the last few years and you can definitely expect one for Nvidia now, probably from Fedora on gnome 40.
