
Guacamole is Hispanic for Avacado paste. You spice it up with the tomatoes, onions, jalapenos,tomatilos, and cilatro. Which is a pico de gallo base. Here is a picture of what I mean with both recipes.

You can use the refried beans as a dip also.

Nachos and cheese with pico de gallo and some chicken breast melted in the bowl also.
Velvetta works best in my opinion. I guess you could try and add milk or cream to hard cheese to get a
soupy texture to the sauce. I don't know though. I never tried that.
