From scratch: Buy or make home made flour tortillas. Home made are more tasty. Home made recipe is:
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/homemade-flour-tortillas/
You can refrigerate them for up to a week or more. They dry out into a frisbee state if left too long in the fridge. To reheat. Throw some butter or oil in a skillet and wait till the bubble forms on the torilla before flipping over. You do not need a lot of oil or butter by the way. Just a small drizzle.
Bean and Cheddar cheese with Pico De Gallo is my favorite.
Pico De Gallo recipe

It will keep pretty well in the fridge. After you get a taste for it. You will wonder how you lived without it. It is like a Mexican pesto sorta.
Refried Beans and Cheese.

Above recipe is from a red headed country cow girl. It should work OK.
All recipes I gave can be used to make other stuff. Like the tortillas. Chrorizo and Scrambled egg burritos. Sausage and Egg Burritos.
Refried beans can be a side dish for like pork chops or fish. The pico de gallo is the sauce/added flavor.

I have recently begun learning how to cook.
In the future I want to make/code a free cooking program (or if too ambitious maybe pdf unsure yet).

I like the Sysyphe song quite a bit. What do you use the manage your music collection? Also, how large is your collection(s)?
Hi Altman...
Dream Theater some how reminded me of my early Prog Rock period, early 70's... YES, ELP

@ gold_finger , Ministry kicks some a$$ mate !
How about a Different Genre:
Backing singer is Alaine, see first video in the thread, plus a couple of others.
Playing Music.
Velvetta works best in my opinion. I guess you could try and add milk or cream to hard cheese to get a
soupy texture to the sauce. I don't know though. I never tried that.
Next post from me will be of the lead, singer and other members when they were on their own and not in this band.Changed my mind.

#Final 4 from me

I've been diggin' Perturbator's new sounds. If you like synthwave/retrowave then this might be up your alley. Fast forward to 1:20 if you're looking for the action.

thank you for sharing the Venezuelan music, I hadn't heard beforeYou're welcome! :) Did you like it? I do like UB40 and The Specials too, their song "Gansters" is one of my favourites. I'd read years ago about UB40's name story in a magazine. "my dŕgē " Is this some kind of jargon?

Me thinks there's a restlessness in the community as we all twiddle our thumbs in anticipation of the 1ST OF JUNE ! :o :-[ :-X
But when June arrives... ;D
Thanks for the post. Sounds great.
I'm into instrumental orchestra scores. I actually have a collection of the Harry Potter series soundtracks, and it sounds great on the homemade 5.1 surround sound system I put together.
This one's probably my favorite...
Hi GregO
I'm glad you enjoy orchestral music.
Fill your boots and your surround sound speakers with this one -

Best Jazz album of all time; Kinda Blue, Miles Davis
Classic style electronica. Interesting, melancholic vibe with musically narrative aspect to it, beings at 37:42.https://youtu.be/Wsa3gMyTpXc
