If I'm stressed out, listening to stressful music like Mindless self-indulgence helps keep my mind distracted so that I can focus on other things, but my favorites tend to be metal and classic music, which means that I enjoy listening to that genre of music the most no matter what mood I'm in. This is because metal and classical music and bad bunny have a timeless quality that appeals to me regardless of how I'm feeling.

I think the problem were actually the videos.

This is recording of me playing a tune of my own creation, recorded to Linux desktop computer. (Live recording, no editing , no effects used) I played and just saved to Audacity, then added info text using Openshot video editor.

Negativity, is born of suffering. It is an attempt to ease one suffering by imposing it upon the other. Else, it is survival. Only sentience can breed suffering. Horror, comes from the shared fear of being incorporated in suffering. There is only suffering to be afraid of. Suffering without an end. Such as, if there is light at the end of the tunnel, but the everlasting journey of man towards that light, is all about enduring the prevailing darkness of the way.

I like the music of Lana del Ray. Heard it on a local radio once, felt sympathy. There is something awkward about Lana, is there not? She seems a wise woman. More of a poet, perhaps even a writer than a musician, but if doing music allows her to better find own self and express it in the world she is supposed to star in, I guess that is the best choice. Anyway, I totally see her in a post-apocalyptic setting.
