tried 'hwinfo' @ terminal and get a message "hwinfo not installed, use apt-get"... I have no connection for dl.

my menu doesn't match yours ?? - I used 'System Information' as seen below. The create system report is @ system information. I get an option for an html or text output for the report attached in my previous post.

We don't have a convert to HTML feature, are you sure you are clicking on the link I've been posting??

Hmmm... It is from there... Only thing I did was convert from HTML, which it was output as to txt

Jerry:
Hmm, I don't know where that report came from, but as previously stated we need the one from Menu, System, Create System Report. It has much clearer info.
