Title: Connected to home Windows 7 network, but cannot access computer

i finally connected to my windows 7 home network , 2 computers :  primary and secondary.  I am on my computer primary. I connect to thenetwork and i see both primary and secondary computers. I go into primary...no problem....I click on secondary and get a message: 

Failed to open "SECONDARY".Failed to retrieve share list from server: Connection refused.
what do i do here?  anyone know?
