Hi,
Installed new version of Linux Lite (4.0) yesterday and KX repos. When I installed wine-rt and tried to start winecfg I get a message in terminal: internal error (and a long number). I have posted the same on linuxmusician forum also.
I went back to Lite 3.8 and everything is ok again.

Hi,
From the quick search I found, Wine has some trouble with the Bionical release.
This will surely be solved soon... hope in the next release.
They should update their installation FAQ also... I hope.
Cheers!

There's no problem with Wine in bionic at the moment. If the OP installed Wine the way we recommend (Lite Software) instead of using a 3rd party source, he'd have no issues.

Yeah, sorry about that.
Forgot to mention in my post that I used Lite Software to install it afterwards. :(
I imply thee, Master, for benevolence in this involuntary omission.

Thank you,
I try to install it from Lite Software. I guess it ain't wine-rt, but that doesn't matter?!
