wifi problem...

so now...i just unstall all the software for making available to install windows drivers...and i used the link for updating the kernel....now my computer not chrash...but when i plog wifi card my computer dont find internet connections :/

Puppy Linux 6. My chip is only different than yours by one number and 1 letter. But I guess a galaxy apart non the less.
Realtek is usually very good supporting Linux. So I am in a wonderment stage here.
I am even wondering if a newer kernel will fix this

Empty message on dmesg grep firmware means no firware requested or missing. If something would have been spit out. Then firmware missing would have shown. No message. No missing firmware.

That post was dated in April and is relevant since Linux Lite is based on Ubuntu 14.04
Truthfully. I have not used ndis-gtk in ages.

With that amount of info I could get that working on my box here in Texas. But because I am so far away.
I cannot seem to help you much further on this issue.

no matters for now what device i have plugged in...couse if i disable my phone..nothing change... sudo dmesg | grep firmware this command give empty output... really tnx again for your answer and sorry for my sad english!!
