Code: [Select]
apt policy shutter
and paste the result here.

If now started Lite Tweaks for Kernel upgrade ...

I'm not sure if I have to upgrade the kernel. LL release notes do mention an 4.xx kernel as standard.

I'm using LL 4.8, with all up-to-date packages.

I'm not totally sure, but most times I do install packages with aptitude, some times also with apt or Synaptics.

I've recently added an information about the installation status of perlapi to my initial posting.

Code: [Select]
Kernel : Linux 4.15.0-96-generic (x86_64)

How did you initially install Shutter? What version of Linux Lite are you doing this on? Also your profile says you are running the Kernel 5.x branch, is this correct?

Hi,

I love to use the screenshot tool Shutter for his well intergrated image manipulation functions. But until now they do not work under Linux Lite.

Some images documenting the issue:

If I try to install "libgoo-canvas-perl_0.06-2+b1_amd64.deb" via "https://debian.pkgs.org/8/debian-main-amd64/libgoo-canvas-perl_0.06-2+b1_amd64.deb.html" the dependencies are not fullfilled:

I've also tried to solve the issue with Synaptics, but the installation of the following packages has not solved the issue.

Can you please add the needed package(s) to the repositories of Linux Lite!

PS: Installation status of perlapi:
