Title: software update

Apologies if this is in the wrong place
I've just updated and got this error message

The lubuntu ppa is the issue...


To remove an offending PPA...Uncheck the PPA from "Software and Updates" under the "Other Software" tab..

Then try running updates again.. You can update from terminal or from Menu > Favorites > Install Updates

No problem!! you'll find ppa's give the most grief..
