Title: since 32 bit OS will soon be abandoned by google in march...

i am running LL 2.6 [32 bit]on an old netbook that cannot run a 64 bit os.
should i just abandon google chrome?

can i use Mozilla firefox with google as my home page and mozilla will still run flash?

Use Chromium from Lite Software it's almost identical to Chrome and will play flash. Don't run Chrome when they stop supporting it.

Hello!

What about Netflix?

Not that 32-bit machines play Netflix very well - if at all, mind you, but will have to see if I am able how to somehow patch WidevineCdm into Chromium. These machines are woefully inadequate to run the Firefox Netflix hack again...

Just downloaded and installed the 64 bit linux version.

So far so good.....impressed  :) :)

Thanks drum had never heard of this browser.
