Thanks guys appreciate the reply's, Yes firefox seems to work ok on those sites so thats cool, i just prefer Chome or Chomium but that's not a big deal.
And yes i know to watch the most recent shows you must be subscribed and log in w your provider (mine is comcast Xfinity) i was just trying the older episodes to try.
Thank you guys again, if you find out any more info or if anyone has a work around for Chrome or Chomium i would appreciate it.

Hello!

Since you're mentioning abc.go.com, just thought I'd mention that to view the most recent episode of an ABC show, you must 'log on' as a subscriber of a 'participating service provider' (in my case, AT&T U-Verse). As of this time, this feature is NOT supported natively under Linux, and AFAIK, they don't plan to add it.

I had to install Wine and run Firefox for Windows under Wine to get it to work. However, by the time you add the extra overhead that Wine and Firefox for Windows puts on your system, the videos get choppy, and are essentially unwatchable. Without mentioning specifics, there are better ways to watch such programming ];)

As always, my $.02 worth...

Not to sure about Chrome and Chromium, but both those links work fine in Firefox with the restricted extras package. I haven't been able to find any solutions online yet.

Hello, i have another question,
Using 2.0 beta,  I installed google chrome, (and chromium to test as well) and i am trying to get the shows on http://abc.go.com/shows     to play, but i get a error saying: Shockwave flash has crashed? i checked and chrome (and chromium) has the latest pepperflash installed, can anyone try this and confirm, is there a way to get the shows to play on abc.com and chrome (or chromium)? it works in winows and mac.

Also quicktime movies (not apple movie trailers) wont play in chrome or chromium either as in here:
http://www.apple.com/logic-pro/in-action/         Scroll down to:Nine inch nails take to the stage video, i get a message saying: Get quicktime?
Other than that everything is working great in beta 2.0, i am loving this OS, Thanks!
