:imsorry In some way it is a bug because the pc was before installed by budgie. Somehow it did not recognize the Belgium keyboard. I decided to wipe the /home directory too  :( and see it recognized dusring installation everything. Is it possible that the installing software using info from the first install ? In that way this could be a bug.  I had often this and it makes clear too me first wipe everything even/home dir which i have seperated unless you do a upgrade of the same distro then nothing is happend like this.

I installed the software succesfully however i coudn't choose Keyboard belgium/belgium and have to choose French azerty which did not comply fully with my keyboard. So I changed the keyboard settings in etc/default/keyboard into Belgium. 'be' After this rebooting and i could login with my password great done i thought :| The next day I have not a login screen so it opens fully :) but installing software using sudo in terminal (ALT+CTRL+F2) it never worked again i can not using the password. Even if i use the french settings in  the keyboard manager nothing worked to set and upĝrade the software using sudo or gsudo in normal screen. The password is oké even in the French keyboard was this still the same. But now lol it isnt working anymore and i am sure the password is great and oké. So something during install the Belgium option is not there :|
