Title: Installing latest version of LibreOffice
Post by: dayooper on April 18, 2014, 04:24:55 PM
The Lite Software Center only has an older version of LibreOffice. I uninstalled it and then downloaded the latest version (4.2.3) from LibreOffice web site. Used the Unzip/Compression utility to unpack it on my desktop. How do I go about installing this software?

Problem solved. After doing some research on the internet, I learned how to remove the existing version of LibreOffice and then followed simple instructions in the "Read me" file to install the latest version of LibreOffice.
