Title: Installation errors since last 3.2 update

For the past few days I've been getting errors when installing software. Something about root privileges. In each case, though, the software seems to install ok anyway.

Not sure why that screenshot came out so distorted. It's in the original as well.

There is no need to live with it. There are solutions in the link I sent you. That's why I sent it :) No point in typing them here when they are already there.
