Hi @I Golu,
The answewr to your post is in the top part of the message I think you need to know what are the Error messages.
Please use apt-cdrom to make this CD-ROM recognized by APT. apt-get update cannot be used to add new CD-ROMs.

Then, open a terminal and run the following command:
sudo apt-cdrom add cdrom://Linux Lite 5.4
sudo apt-cdrom add cdrom://Linux 20.04

and then sudo apt-get update.

BTW, are you installing LL or doing the first update after the installation process.?

I wish whether you are in the last case, so I suggest you to go Menu->Updates and Software and remove the CD Rom from the package list.

Hope this help, regards

When in Live mode, you can't update the system, and whatever changes you make will be lost upon reboot. Your wifi password won't be saved either while in live mode for the same reason; a live USB won't retain whatever data you save. When running Linux from a Live USB, everything is loaded to RAM and nothing is actually written to disk/USB. If you want your changes to be saved, you need to make the Live OS persistent. If you're using Windows, Rufus https://rufus.ie/en/ has the ability to add persistence to the stick.  On Linux, read here https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/tutorials.html#usbpers and here https://www.kali.org/docs/usb/usb-persistence/
