Title: How To Install Gdebi
Post by: mdiemer on February 06, 2018, 09:09:15 PM
New member here, liking LL more and more. I would like to install a good but simple calendar, and am looking at Day Planner. It looks like I need Gdebi to install it. I made some unsuccessful attempts to download and install it (Gdebi), and would like to know the best way to do this.

Thanks, and great operating system,

mdiemer

Hello mdiemer,

if you download the Day Planner and right click it, a menu will appear, it should have at the top of this menu to install using Gdebi.
As Gdebi is already installed.

Oh, I couldn't find it on my system so I assumed it wasn't installed!

Thanks, I'll do as you say.

Thanks again, bitsnpcs, I'll check out the tutorial.

Also, I have installed Day Planner. I'll see how that works out.
