Hi trinidad

I solved the problem by doing:

I opened up Synaptic and installed libdvd-pkg

I then opened a terminal and typed
Code: [Select]
sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg
And that's it!

Try opening the Lite welcome screen and choose the option for drivers, firmware, third party restricted extras and install them.

Have just tried to play a DVD on my new desktop computer using VLC Media Player.
But VLC throws an error:

DVDRead could not read-1/4 blocks at 0x01

Could someone help me out here please.
