can i reinstall/refresh install linux lite without losing my personal files?? bcuz i accidentally messed up my system

What do you mean by personal files? Photos, documents, videos? If so then make a backup on external drive or usb stick of them and reinstall linux lite, after installation put the backed up files back. After reinstalling linux lite make backup with timeshift

Ok i will backup my personal files and im going to reinstall Linux Lite
