This is my first reply to help someone. I'm a Lenix noob and had problems installing LiLi with Persistence and then installing the Updates. It ran out of storage. Rufus partitioned only the mionimum amount on the usb. You can read the solution a few threads down--but simply put:
Download Universal-USB-Installer, fill in the blanks correctly and move the slider at the bottom of the screen all way to the right--unless you have a smaller than 8gb USB, I use a 16gb stick.

Hello CSNLinux,

have you checked the boot order in the BIOS ?
Move USB above Hard Drive in the boot order.

2day I found myself a HP Pavilion laptop running on Windows10 64bit

I made a flash USB stick with rufus and the Original ISO.
On some way the laptop refuses to boot from flash. During systemboot I can see it wants to boot from flash (slashing light on usb-stick) but after a few blinks it chooses to boot from hard disk.

any tips ont this one?
