Title: Installing Updates Ubi-partman failed with exit code 10

It is possible this is an installation issue rather than an update problem.

This type of error message is unusual in a straight forward update.  The mention of CDROM in the list of sources often implies an attempt to update an uninstalled test setup which has been booted from live media.  'Ubi-partman failed with exit code 10' implies something is being done with disk partitions which also wouldn't normally be part of an update.

It may help if more information is provided about the install.
