Install Updates could not fetch the package cache information lists.

This looks like what happens if you try to update straight after booting the PC from a LL live image disk or USB drive.  The live image version is used for trying Linux Lite out e.g. testing hardware compatibility or features.

If you proceed with installing the software onto the PC and reboot from the installed version you then need to update.
