Title: Desktop icons gone due to new update

Hi.  I recently had an update and when I rebooted my computer, all my icons (folders, different types of files) disappeared from my desktop.  Any suggestion on how to correct this is appreciated.

Your profile says Linux Lite 3.0 is this correct?
