1 other I recalled --- have you installed the "Restricted Extras" in Lite Software?  Adds additional codecs..

I do believe VLC is either installed but if not you can find in Lite Software -- one of those 1st I install ;)

I found Cyberlink PowerDVD for Windows, but can't find any for my LL laptops. Any suggestions? I don't mind paying.
